Instructions
  1. Slather the bread with butter on both sides before you begin, this will moisten the bread while you prep the other ingredients. Cook the bacon until golden brown and set aside.
  2. Layer the bread with gruyere, jalapeno, generous amounts of lingonberry jam and bacon, topping off with more cheese
  3. Grill on a heated pan on both sides till the cheese melts. Cut lengthwise and serve immediately
