Instructions
  1. Heat up a small pan and dry-toast the pine nuts until slightly fragrant (~2 minutes). Set aside. Reduce heat to low and pour in the argan oil. Roast for 2-3 minutes, do not let it smoke
  2. Peel and slice oranges and grapefruit into bite-sized chunks. De-seed, scoop and cut the avocado into bite-sized chunks
  3. Mix together the dressing with fennel strands, roasted oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour over your salad and enjoy
